Our commitment
We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA and applicable Canadian accessibility requirements. Accessibility is considered across curriculum content, tutorials, practice, authentication, dashboards, reports, and administrative tools.
What we support
- Keyboard navigation and visible focus indicators.
- Semantic headings, labels, landmarks, and screen-reader names.
- Text resizing, responsive layouts, and browser zoom.
- Sufficient colour contrast and information that does not rely on colour alone.
- Reduced-motion preferences and touch-friendly controls.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images and understandable feedback for forms.
Known limitations
Some imported source PDFs, generated visual questions, mathematical notation, or third-party content may not yet provide complete alternatives. We prioritize fixes that block access to core learning and account functions and record unresolved issues for review.
Requesting an alternative
If content or a feature is difficult to use, contact us and identify the page, activity, device, browser, and assistive technology involved. Do not include passwords or confidential student records. We will work to provide an accessible alternative and address the underlying barrier.
Feedback
Use the contact page and select “Technical support,” or select “Privacy question” when accessibility feedback involves personal information. We aim to acknowledge accessibility requests within two business days.
